Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent administrator to support employee data processing, HRIS management, and HR programs across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of employee data and onboarding processes, while providing essential HR support to various teams including payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll & Benefits support.
- Manage and reconcile employee records in HR systems and other proprietary applications (e.g., Oracle, SAP Success factors, Microsoft Office).
- Administer and update onboarding and employee life-cycle data (new hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, etc.).
- Support talent acquisition by reviewing and administering job postings, auditing recruitment data, and assisting with talent-related correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify system and process improvements.
Key Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years' experience with HRIS (Oracle/SAP preferred).
- Knowledge of HR policies, labour standards, and privacy legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
