The Opportunity


The City of Regina is looking for senior project managers to drive our corporate projects forward. Up to two (2) individuals are needed to work directly with the City Manager on key corporate projects of critical importance to our community. Managing impactful community projects will bring meaningful value to the work you do. This work will involve heavy amounts of planning, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, defining outcomes, monitoring deliverables and influence to see the projects to a successful conclusion. Corporate projects are centered around community initiatives including revitalization, economic development and operations to enhance the vibrancy of this great City.   


As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in facilitation, influential communication, defining outcomes, change management, problem-solving, issue management and community engagement to deliver results and move initiatives forward. 


As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of delivering progressively completed projects coupled with your Project Management designation or equivalent experience. You have established yourself as a productive problem-solver and superb relationship-builder. You must have the ability to deliver on an outcome while managing the needs of a variety of stakeholders and clearly demonstrate strong political acumen. The Senior Project Manager(s) will conduct much of their work independently with minimal direction yet must be a collaborative member of each departmental project team.
