Requirements:
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs safely
- Dependable and proactive attitude
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Successful candidates may be required to provide a satisfactory criminal record check per the City of Regina's Criminal Record Check Policy.
- Proof of education is required.
- Additional assessments may be conducted to evaluate competencies, skills, and knowledge.

Golf Courses – $18.93 - $26.60/hour after training
Love working outdoors and keeping greens in pristine condition? Join our Golf Courses team and help maintain four beautiful courses—Tor Hill, Murray, Joanne Goulet, and Lakeview Par 3! Duties include turf care, irrigation, operating turf equipment, and using string trimmers to keep fairways and greens looking their best.
Education & Experience:
- Experience in golf course maintenance, irrigation, and operating turf equipment
- Valid Pesticide Applicators License is an asset
Forestry – $18.93 - $26.60/hour after training
Passionate about trees and the environment? Join our award-winning Urban Forestry team and help care for Regina’s tree canopy! Duties include pruning and removing trees, operating chainsaws and pruning saws, and maintaining specialized forestry equipment.
Education & Experience:
- Experience using chainsaws and pruning saws
- Aerial truck and brush chipper operation experience
- Valid 1A or 3A license and ISA Certification are assets
Horticulture – $18.93/hour - (up to $26.60/hour)
Love flowers and creating vibrant outdoor spaces? Join our Horticulture team and help beautify Regina. Duties include planting and watering flowers, caring for greenery, and performing general maintenance on our trees and shrubs.
Education & Experience:
- Experience planting flowers and knowledge of plant species preferred
- Completion of horticultural courses is an asset
Integrated Pest Management – $18.393 - $26.60/hour after training
Looking to work outdoors and protect our public spaces from pesky rodents and mosquitos? Join our Integrated Pest Management team and help keep Regina pest-free! Duties include mosquito control, herbicide application, and general maintenance tasks.
Education & Experience:
- Experience with insect, weed, and animal control preferred
- Valid Pesticide Applicators License is an asset
Pest Lab – $18.93 - $26.60/hour after training
Interested in science and environmental health? Join our Pest Lab team and help monitor insects and diseases that affect trees and public health! Duties include identifying pests, collecting samples, and supporting urban forestry health initiatives.
Education & Experience:
- Experience with insects and diseases related to urban forestry and human health
- Valid Pesticide Applicators License is an asset but not required
Parks Maintenance – $18.93/hour (up to $26.60/hour)
Love working outdoors and keeping parks and open spaces beautiful? Join our Parks Maintenance team and help maintain Regina’s green spaces! Duties include mowing, trimming, irrigation, graffiti removal, and operating a variety of landscaping tools.
Education & Experience:
- Experience using string trimmers, mowers, pruning saws, rototillers, and hand tools
- Valid Pesticide Applicators License is an asset but not required
Cemeteries – $18.93/hour (up to $26.60/hour)
Want to help maintain serene and respectful spaces for our departed loved ones? Join our Cemeteries team and care for Regina and Riverside Cemeteries! Duties include landscaping, irrigation, monument leveling, and operating turf equipment.
Education & Experience:
- Experience using string trimmers, mowers, pruning saws, and operating turf trucks
Irrigation Services – $18.93 - $26.60/hour after training
Love working with your hands and seeing the results of your hard work bloom? Join our Irrigation Services team and help keep Regina’s parks, athletic fields, and open spaces looking their best! Duties include shoveling and soil work, repair and replace irrigation lines, valves, sprinklers, and fittings, operate specialized irrigation tools and equipment and assist with overhauls of pumping systems, control equipment, meters, and sprinklers
Education & Experience:
- Experience or exposure to commercial irrigation equipment and experience using hand or power tools
- Able to Lift, push, pull and exert force carrying and moving equipment, material, and tools.
- Air brake or 1A would be and asset but not required
Athletic Fields – $18.93/hour (up to $26.60/hour)
Help keep our athletic fields in championship shape! These fields host thousands of athletes chasing wins and practicing for greatness—and you’ll play a key role in making sure they’re ready for game day. Duties include, maintaining top-quality turf and field conditions, assists with irrigation, mowing, and general upkeep, supports special events and field prep for tournaments
Education & Experience:
- Any Hands-on turf care such as (mowing, watering, fertilizing, aerating, seeding, sweeping)
- Field preparation such as (Line painting, sodding, leveling)
- Equipment Operation (tractors, sweepers, skid steers, mowers, hand tools)
- Able to Lift, push, pull and exert force carrying and moving equipment, material, and tools.
- Valid Pesticide Applicators License is an asset but not required
- Air brake or 1A would be and asset but not required
